thread Clients receiving false cancellation/accepted notification in Payments Troubleshooting

My clients are receiving notifications from me saying I have accepted their appointment when they haven’t made an appointment on my website. Also some clients of mine are receiving a text saying I canceled their appointment which I have not. I’m not seeing any of these on buying it for example if they say their appointment has been canceled it’s still in my books and if they get a email saying I’ve excepted their appointment with they haven’t made one I don’t have an appointment for them. I know someone else in the same town as me has had the same problem today. This has never happened before

Since we're unable to take a dive into your account, we recommend reaching out directly. If you give us a call and ask to speak with the Appointments team, our Customer Success team will be able to connect you directly with an Appointments specialist. They'll be able to dig more deeply with you and shine a light here, @Kph23.

P.S. Welcome to the Seller Community ✨
