egift card link not loading

I configured my egift card as directed via help videos. All switches are toggled to "on" (Sell Egift Cards Online, Show A Link to My Egift Cards, and Sell Egift Cards In Store.) Problem is, when I click on or copy and paste the url posted under "Sell Egift Cards Online" as directed, it gives me a 404 error. Help, please. The link:

Are you still having issues with your eGift Card link? I was able to click the link you provided and didn't see a 404 error.

Hello! I'm having the same problem too! I'm in the middle of an eGift card sale for the holiday weekend and suddenly my customers can no longer access the site. I'm getting an error message as well.

I just checked the eGift Card link from our end and it looks like everything is working correctly (I added a screenshot below). Is your customer able to retry the link in Google Chrome, if they didn't do so already?

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your eGift Card link. I was able to click on the link & the error came up for me too.

Since this is account specific, I am going to suggest reaching out to our CS Team. They will be able to take a closer look to see where the disconnect is happening. You can reach them at 1 800 760 137, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm Melbourne Time.
