Transfer Schedule not showing up on my dashboard & my balance has not been transferred to my bank

Help!
When I first opened my Square account, I charged $10.00 on May 3, 2021 and it was automatically sent to my bank account on record.

I just had 3 sales (they show up as 2 balances.)

And sales have not been sent to my bank account - see picture below

Not sure what's wrong, but I need to move the money into my account and do not want instant transfer because I don't want to pay the extra money.

Did my transfer ability get suspended?

How do I get the ability to transfer money to my bank account?

It's been 4 days since the 5/21/2021 payment processing was completed.

It's 1 day since the 5/24/2021 payment processing was completed.

And the transfer schedule does not show up on my account under balances, so I can't pick when to transfer money.

We can't get into account specifics in a public forum--you'll need to contact support (use the link in my signature) to do that.

However, I have a good idea of what could be the problem. You stated you opened your account on 5/3/21. $100 is an easy transaction and will clear pretty quickly, but your two sizable transactions are outside the "usual" transaction amounts Square sees. Since you're a new seller, Square needs to do a little research on their side to verify everything for those transactions are legit. This is standard procedure with any merchant processor when dealing with 4- and 5-digit sales, especially with new accounts. As you continue to process transactions with Square you'll see the transaction holds shrink regardless of the amount.

My bet is you'll see your funds in 3-5 business days.
