I get paid by insurance companies by "virtual card payment." Up until about 2 months ago this used to work. Now payment won't go through. Have tried with 2 different payments. What gives? Why doesn't this work anymore?

When you have some time, could you clarify a bit by what you mean by "virtual card payment"? Are you referring to the Virtual Terminal? Were these payments processed by you through Square, or are the companies that are trying to pay you using Square?
