Square Register Open Drawer Button Missing

On version 4.35.0059 the Open drawer button on the Square register has permanently become "charge $0.00." On our other register which is on version 4.33.0085, if there is a $0 sale, charge $0.00 never appears.

When you are in the checkout screen where you would add items, tap the three dots in the top right and you should have the option to open drawer. If you do not, you may need to adjust the settings in permissions in order to allow this.

Hello,

When logging in as an administrator to the registers, the open drawer is still missing. The only thing that appears in the dropdown is: reprint ticket and print bill.

Both registers have updated to version 4.33.0059 and neither have this button.

I'm here for the same reason... my OPEN DRAWER button is gone and I can only open it by entering a $0.00 cash sale.

We are currently having this issue.

We just set up our new register in our second location and it says charge 0.00 instead of open drawer.

we have it up to date and I have all the same settings on both registers and I am basically pulling my hair out trying to figure out why it does not say open drawer.

Please someone tell me what I am missing!

Furthermore, could you please confirm which app you're running on your device (Square Point of Sale, Square for Restaurants)?
