Can't add instafeed to the site

been trying for a day or so to add an instagram feed to the square site.

go through all the motions and this comes up.

{"error_type": "OAuthException", "code": 400, "error_message": "Invalid scope: []"}

does anyone know what this means?

HI, to understand you are linking your Instagram to your Online Store within the Editor as shown in the screenshot below?

Are you trying to add a Secondary Instagram? or the Main Instagram? The platform can only link the Main Instagram, it will not allow for a Secondary or Third Instagram to link.

yes... using the connection process above. only 1 instagram account. was connected but wasn't updating. i un-connected and then tried to connect again and got the above error message, which seems to be a database error.

HI, there is a known Square Sync issue. If you were trying to update during the busiest time of the day, the sync / lag will be longer. Since you removed and then attempted to add it back, it was still in the lag process. If this was happening longer than a few hours, you would need to contact Support.

You will get a few options to contact, click Call Us, a new browser window will open with phone number and customer code.

You must be logged into your account and is best on a laptop or desktop. Phone app sometimes displays unavailable at times.
