How do I start over while setting up the Square Loyalty Program?

I am trying to set up the Square Loyalty program but realized I made an error in choosing Item rather than Category. The 1st Item I put in was for a dozen bagels. That was fine. But when I went to create another reward for Breakfast Category I hit next and all I get are Items. I can't make it change and I can't delete the original reward that I created. I think if I could just get rid of that and stick with Category things would be fine.

I'm trying to mimic my original punch card system. Buy 10 dozen bagels, get a dz free. Buy 10 Breakfast sandwiches, get 1 free. And the same with Lunch Sandwiches. I guess I should as if this is even possible to do, having 3 different rewards. If not, just please tell me how to delete what I've already entered.

I should also note that while setting this up I got all the way to step 4 of 4 where it shows pricing but have not hit the finish button. I would really appreciate any help I can get on this. Thanks!

You can delete a reward at any moment so continue as normal and delete it upon confirmation, hope this helps!

Thanks, Matt. I have tried everything but everytime I try to start over, the same reward keeps popping up. It just will not go away. This has been very frustrating! Do I actually have to hit the finish button in order to delete the whole thing?

I believe so, it’ll then show you everything to check over and you can remove the mishaps

No, that didn't work either. Hitting FINISH just tales me to the billing page were they are asking for a credit card. I'm not sure I want to use this feature if I'm having problems like this. But thank you for your response.
