I upgraded to Square Premium to offer PayPal as an option at checkout. I require prepayments for services, and PayPal is not showing up as an option. Can you tell me how to get PayPal to show at checkout?

HI, have you turned on Paypal within the dashboard?

Online Dashboard, Settings, Checkout, Collect Payments, Activate Paypal.

Hi there,

Yes, it shows “connected” with a green box. There is no toggle switch for PayPal like there is for Apple Pay and google pay.

You will get a few options to contact, click Call Us, a new browser window will open with phone number and customer code.

You must be logged into your account and is best on a laptop or desktop. Phone app sometimes displays unavailable at times.
