    <description>&lt;P&gt;My first newsletter thru Square Marketing was last night. It went to around 200 from my Directiry. Only 1 person that I checked with actually received the email yet the system claims to have delivered it??. Five that I know of did not receive it. Neither email addresses of mine that were Included received the email newsletter. At least 1 person who did receive the email was missing the initial image at the top of the email. I am very disappointed in the Marketing service. The system does say it delivered the email to the addresses which never received it -- including my own. Is the Marketing Service this poor? How do I insure that my content will actually be delivered if I use the Square Marketing Service. If I created the email incorrectly I need to know that and know the correct method if I'm going to use this PAID service. I merely filled in a Square template, selected to send to the directory, then sent it. That was around 10pm last night.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Disappointed&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/387684"&gt;@byron-ncr&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just seeing if you had any updates on this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am just starting out myself with Square Marketing next month and see your problems so I ran a test myself.&amp;nbsp; Granted I only sent one to myself only to see how/where it would show up.&amp;nbsp; Since i'm just as new to Marketing as you are, I can't really explain to much, but can point out here what I gathered when creating my test one and maybe someone who uses Marketing can chime in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Notes&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I selected my subscribers, I had to uncheck them and check them again, as it populated the selected group fine, but didn't populate the (1) subscriber until i checked,&amp;nbsp; unchecked and rechecked that group again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Right after it sent, the details showed it was sent to 2 people, and that it was already opened by 1.&amp;nbsp; I'm assuming it sends one to Square MX Record?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I sent this to a gmail address so it did actually show up perfectly fine, it was located in the Promotion section of the gmail account, which is sort of a bummer.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I assume you also checked your Spam folder as well?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
