    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the performance plan and have the square point of sale app and the weebly app. I do not receive any notifications from the apps about new store orders. I do get emails but with having the apps shouldn't I get some kind of notification?&amp;nbsp;A little icon badge at least on my phone? If I send an invoice with the point of sale app I will receive a notification when it gets paid but again no notifications for new store orders.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ive tried calling support but I guess i have to have the premium plan to qualify for phone support?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/82732"&gt;@sumter83&lt;/a&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the Square Point of Sale app I believe if you go to Settings &amp;gt; Orders &amp;gt; Alerts &amp;gt; and turn on Allow Notifications and I think it should notify you when an order is received.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well that didn't help. still no notification for new store orders. only emails.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can I not get phone support from weebly considering I have the performance plan?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Yes, you should have access to phone support with that hosting plan. You will need to be logged into your account, then you can access support &lt;A href="https://squ.re/3CrXkmg" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
