Descriptions in services list do not fit the box

I have added a Services List to my appointments page. The descriptions for each service are not completely visible in the box when viewing the website. When clicking on the description text, it opens up the booking pop up window.

How can I get the entire description to be visible? It seems to work ok on Safari, but not on Chrome or Windows Edge.

Are you able to share screenshots with us so we can take a closer look at what you're referring to here?

It sounds like the service is displaying with a preview of the description of the service, and your clients should be able to click the preview in order to view the full description in the pop-up as you've described!

In regards to the variation in appearance between web browsers, some variation in visual appearance and functionality is expected when moving between various web browsers, as they display content differently.

Thank you for responding! Here are 2 screenshots, one of the appointments page, and the second is what pops up when pressing the descriptions box. It seems as though the entire description box is a link for the pop up, not just the small "Book Now" text.

Hi @excelsia I believe this is the intended display, but you mentioned previously that it looks different between browsers? Can you post a screenshot of the difference? I don't believe I see that in the above examples.

So is there a way to display the entire description by making each box larger? Windows and Google Chrome cuts off the description text to 2 lines, unlike Apple Safari, which I have attached screenshots here.

I'm having the same issue but just on my mobile (android). Chrome seems to be working. Any follow up to this?

Welcome back to the Community, @D_wellbeing -

The different displays are do to the parameters set by each internet browser along with their mobile or computer access.

Square doesn't have any control over how they are displayed. If the description is too long, the customers will see a "See More" option for the full description.

Having same issues. "See More" does not show up when viewing on a chrome or IE browser.

I'm experiencing the same issue, and I'd love to make it so that my service descriptions can be seen by clients on my booking flow. Anything you can do to help.
