Hi. Is the dashboard down today? I'm trying to add inventory, and it won't let me. And if it's down, how long will it take before its up again?

Just checked and I was able to log straight into my dashboard. I would suggest trying another browser or restarting the browser or clearing the browser cache.

also, you can always check https://www.issquareup.com to see if a part of Square is down.

I did. I tried Safari and Firefox both. Both have the "trouble on our side" notification.

Is this the only page that will not load? Can you also try logging into the dashboard in a new private or incognito window?

This is in a private window. And yes thats the only thing that doesn't load. For instance, this seller's community is loading fine

Thank you for confirming, and for the support screenshot. I'll see if I can find out more information. It must be intermittent because I am also able to load the page okay.

Same issue here when trying to access item management or edit items.

I'm still not able to replicate this. Can anyone let me know if you are still seeing the loading issue? Can you also confirm the browser you are using and if you have tried in private or incognito mode?
