    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yesterday on 9/13/21, our square suddenly started printing two copies of the receipt and authorization slip instead of one. On the signature settings page, we do not have “print customer copy of authorization slip” selected. &amp;nbsp;I tried closing square, changing the settings and changing them back, and updating the app. &amp;nbsp;However, it is still happening. &amp;nbsp;Has anyone ever seen this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is odd. Try to remove the printer station, and set it up as a new printer station again? See if that resolves the problem. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear you are encountering some issues with duplicate receipts. Aside from checking to make sure both your app and device are up to date, have you tried toggling the settings on/off within the app?&lt;/P&gt;

 &lt;P&gt;Tap the three horizontal lines in the upper left corner of the Square app to navigate to the menu or the down arrow at the top of the Square Register.&lt;/P&gt;

 &lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Choose the receipt format:&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Traditional&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;or&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Quick Tip&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;receipts.&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Note:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;The Traditional Receipt has a tip, total and signature line, allowing your customers to leave a custom tip amount.&amp;nbsp;With a Quick Tip receipt, customers choose from three tip options by simply checking a box.&lt;/P&gt;

E.g. If you update the settings on one device, the updates will affect all other devices logged in to the same account.&lt;/P&gt;
