      <title>Trouble Accessing Our Balance</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are relatively new users to Square. When we set up our account, we elected for our balance to transfer to our business checking account automatically; however, since May, no money has been transferred from our balance into our checking account. When I navigate to our balance on the Square Dashboard, it seems to be displaying that we don't have anything there, yet the money is not in our checking account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We're beginning to grow a little frustrated, as I am having an immense amount of trouble reaching a representative from Square's Customer Success team. We would really appreciate any help that anyone could give us at this time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/395635"&gt;@TiddyGolf&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear about the troubles that you are having.&amp;nbsp; Since this is a public forum, we can't really technically get into or see your account details so it makes it pretty hard to give you exact specifics.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But when you navigate to &lt;STRONG&gt;Balance&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and you select your location, there are no transfers posted there correct?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also if you navigate to the T&lt;STRONG&gt;ransactions&lt;/STRONG&gt; tab, what does it show for transactions, if any?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ill keep an eye out for your response.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
