&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Quick Fixes&lt;/STRONG&gt;:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;Force close and restart the Square Point of Sale app&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Ensure your device's operating system is up to date&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Check that Square has permission to access the keyboard&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Device-Specific Checks&lt;/STRONG&gt;:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For iOS devices:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;Go to Settings &amp;gt; General &amp;gt; Keyboard&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;Check your receipt settings are properly configured&lt;/LI&gt;
