Error 422 when collecting email online

I am trying use the email collection hosted sign-up option. I am using Chrome. I enter the email information and when I hit submit, I get HTTP ERROR 422.

Please advise me what I am doing wrong?

Edit to add it works when incognito.

Thank you for providing insight and the link as well. I was able to test the link on my end and it seems to navigate correctly.

What I would recommend is clearing out your cache and cookies, then closing out that browsing session entirely as soon as you attempt this.

If you are still encountering issues after this, it may be worthwhile to reach out to our Customer Success team for further troubleshooting.
