      <title>Verify my identity is broken</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;The &lt;STRONG&gt;verify my identity&lt;/STRONG&gt; page is broken.&lt;/EM&gt; Whenever I click the link to the page, it attempts to load something for a few seconds and then jumps to a rejection page. I'm never given the opportunity to enter any information to verify my identity.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To make matters worse, whenever I email support, I get a canned response that just gives me a link to the verify my identity page that does not work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This has been going on for weeks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Sayra,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, I am using a home computer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have never been given 4 attempts. When I sign up, I give all of the correct information — except for the EIN, which Square always claims cannot be found even though it's legit. When I click the verify my identity page, I am immediately denied with out having the opportunity to give any information or any additional attempts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What am I missing here?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I go here...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you’ve been declined once, head to&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/activation" target="_blank"&gt;squareup.com/activation&lt;/A&gt;, sign in, read the instructions and click&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Try Again&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;...and click that link, I am never allowed to try again. It immediately goes to the denied page.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I see! When you sign up for Square you have to provide a social security number for the system to approve you. After you have been approved, you can go back and add your EIN. I would also try applying in an incognito browser with another email if possible.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hopefully, this works! &lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/404998"&gt;@katizzi&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
