    <description>&lt;P&gt;We had a hardware issue with our printer.&amp;nbsp; After deleting the printer station and getting the printer back online we now have a new issue.&amp;nbsp; When the Order Tickets are printed they no linger have a buffer space at the top of the slip like they used to.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;This is an issue because the new slips are to short and too much information "disappears" when we we place them on our expo rail.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello &lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/407392"&gt;@RestorationCafe&lt;/a&gt; !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It sounds like there is a setting that got turned on for you: the Compact Tickets setting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On your Point of Sale: More -&amp;gt; Settings -&amp;gt; Hardware and choose the troublesome printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Edit the Printer station, then tap on In-Person Order Tickets&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make sure Compact Tickets is turned off&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Repeat for Online Order Tickets.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That should solve your issue. If not, I know that Square has been updating the printer controls recently: make sure you're on the latest App version and iOS version.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If those ideas don't solve the problem, just let us know here and we will see what else we can do!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
