Im missing funds from my balance and no transfees have been made

I had 1280.00 in my balance. No transfers were initiated. I went to my email to confim my linked account. When i clicked confirm a new window opened taking me to my dashboard and now my balance is 0.00. No money has been transferred. Please help. Where did it go?

I’m having the same issues. I have over 3200 dollars I can’t access. This frustrating did you resolve your issue

Possibly. The transfer of my funds was suspended until my account could be reviewed. So I had to send in bank statements, invoices, government documents about my business etc. Once my documents went under review I was told I was not going to be able to see my balance until the review was finished. But I was assured put the money was still in my account. Hope that helps.
