      <title>Undeposited Debit Card Payment Shown as Cash</title>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Payment link was sent to customer. Customer paid online using his debit card. That payment is showing on our account as a cash payment, and as such, not being deposited to our bank account. So where did the payment go? Why is is showing as cash? And why isn't it being deposited to our account?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You would need to speak to square customer service about this if you are certain that the order was payed online. However I expect you will need proof of payment from the customer to be able to avoid a support representative saying this was not a human processing error on your end.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/714929"&gt;@ChozBosLaw&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At my store when a customer pays with a Debit card, Square registers the payment as a MC/Visa payment not as a Cash sale.&amp;nbsp; The only reason I know this is I have customers ask if they can use their Debit card, and all I say as long as a PIN is not required and it also has a MC or Visa logo.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I have also taken Visa/MC payments from local resorts as their Gift cards.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
