    <description>&lt;P&gt;Square says its not their issue but a networking one.&amp;nbsp; all my devices failed loading after the update.&amp;nbsp; I am using my friends phone which has the old version until i can figure it out.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Square Point of Sale Freezing/Connection Error after Update</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After the most recent update to Version 5.79, we've been having intermittent freezing issues with Square Point of Sale on our Ipad/Square Stand. Today, it won't load. The app starts, beeps to confirm that hardware is connected, stays on the Loading screen for a couple of minutes, and then gives one of the two following errors:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Connection error. Unable to connect to the Internet. Please check your network connection and try again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Connection error. Unable to connect to the Internet. Please check your network connection and try again. Error code: FD4&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It won't do anything else, just loads and alternates between the two errors.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried updating, uninstalling, reinstalling, restarting, restarting our router, having our ISP reset our gateway, switching from Wifi to 4G (different carrier), and turning airplane mode on and off; everything multiple times. Both our Wifi and 4G connections work fine with all other apps. I even tried installing a different app, Square for Retail; same errors.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Contacted Technical Support, provided the screenshots and video they asked for, and never got a call or email back....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried installing the latest version on a spare cellphone as well and it does the same thing, but gives a different error:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Error Syncing&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are unable to load Square. Please try again or contact Customer Support if you continue to experience issues. Error code: CB4&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is anyone else experiencing issues with Version 5.79? Has anyone found a fix?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm experiencing this on a brand new 9th generation iPad with cellular that I just purchased from Apple.&amp;nbsp; I keep getting error code FD4, on both cellular AND Wi Fi.&amp;nbsp; Safari is able to load things just fine...so I've got internet.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
