&lt;P&gt;It doesn't sound like this is an issue with the file itself,&amp;nbsp;I understand you have ran through these steps previously but it would be great if you could test out the&amp;nbsp;browser troubleshooting steps below, they usually help with connection issues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Server unavailable when importing an item library</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have gotten a server unavailable message when trying to import a new item library for 4 days now.&amp;nbsp; I have logged in on 3 different internet/server connections and restarted my computer.&amp;nbsp; The error remains.&amp;nbsp; I thought maybe there was a new year upgrade or something but now it's been days and still can't change my item library.&amp;nbsp; This is an issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
