Modifiers with zero ($0.00) dollar amount won't print

Just start using the square handheld device the other day I notice a nasty BUG, if the modifier has zero dollar ($0.00) won't print on kitchen or even on the handheld receipt, will show on email or text receipt though.

I hope a fix in on the way, or at least a workaround, because this BUG is making the use or square handhelds useless.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with your new device!

I have not heard of any other reports of this happening. Have you had a chance to reach out to our support team? A rep can confirm if this is not working properly, and will be able to create an escalation ticket if it turns out to be a bug.

Yes, and they told me that is a known issues and no ETA on the fix

Thank you for sharing that update. Hopefully this is something that can be resolved quickly. I'll try to keep an eye out for any updates, and will let you know if I hear of any.
