      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/400981"&gt;@BRT&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What device are you using to connect to the net?&amp;nbsp; Android, Apple, Terminal, Register, other?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a Samsung S20FE and for some reason when I am using the WiFi, Square shows as Offline.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I turn my WiFi off and use the cell tower and everything is fine.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;This just started a week or 2 ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since for payments I use 2 Ipads, I have not noticed exactly when this started on my Samsung Cell phones.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are using a device that can connect to a cell tower try turning off your Wifi and connecting to Square.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not sure what the difference is but I have had a few updates.... Square, Samsung and Cell carrier and have no idea which one has caused this to happen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
