    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you aware of what the amount on the HSA card is?&amp;nbsp; If you're attempting to charge more than it has on it, it'll decline it....vs. charging what it is able and leaving the balance due?&amp;nbsp; Does that make sense?&amp;nbsp; You're probably already aware of this, so apologies for the rudimentary advice.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jeremiah&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello!&amp;nbsp; I am a therapist and inputted the client's HSA information making note of the HSA Card number, Exp Date and CVV.&amp;nbsp; I also checked to make sure that the account I am connecting the transaction to is my business account. I also verified through my email etc.&amp;nbsp; The HSA was declined again. Am I missing something?&amp;nbsp; The HSA is a Master Card.&amp;nbsp; Help!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Joanne Cruz&lt;/P&gt;</description>
