    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I have found some kind of glitch having to do with Event Tickets I built to one of the fundraiser pages for our band booster club.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you visit the page for the first time and click on "shop now" for one of 2 types of tickets, the next screen shows it as "Not Available." (see attachment "then fine")&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-left" image-alt="Then fine" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.squareup.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/19688i1AB092A5393ACDD0/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="then fine.JPG" alt="Then fine" /&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-caption" onclick="event.preventDefault();"&gt;Then fine&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This only happens the &lt;U&gt;first&lt;/U&gt; time you visit the site and &lt;STRONG&gt;to&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;recreate the error you have to clear your cookies.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have checked all the suggestions from troubleshooting for items marked not available to make sure my settings are correct and they look right.&amp;nbsp; I am fairly certain of this as again it is only the first time you visit the page that there seems to be a problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also tried deleting one of the tickets and rebuilding it but still have the same problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am building the tickets directly in the square.online site items page.&amp;nbsp; I did try building in the Library first on the dashboard and then adding to site, but it would not allow me to make an "Event" type item visible because I did not enable pickup for the location used on this particular page.       <description>&lt;P&gt;HI, thank you for the link, checked in Safari and Chrome and error does appear stated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Initial click of the Shop Now button for 12 &amp;amp; Under does perform correctly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Double check your settings for the Shop Now button linking to the Adult ticket.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Goldneye, Thank you for your response.&amp;nbsp; I have rechecked all the settings and everything is set up the same for both items. Again it only happens the first time someone looks at 1 of the 2 tickets to buy.&amp;nbsp; After that &lt;STRONG&gt;both&lt;/STRONG&gt; are fine.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;So, if a customer looks at Adult Admission first, they get the "Not Available," but if they try again, or try the 12 &amp;amp; Under after that it's fine.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;However, if a customer first tries to purchase a 12 &amp;amp; Under ticket they get "Not Available," on that one instead, but then the Adult will be fine and so will the 12 &amp;amp; Under if you try again.&amp;nbsp; And, again, the only way to see this/recreate the error is to exit the site and clear cookies before going back and trying it again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did find that while I am in the first ticket with the "Not Available," message, refreshing the browser also clears the error so&amp;nbsp;for now I have a note for customers.&amp;nbsp; I believe this shows it is some kind of host error and&amp;nbsp; I would think the error needs to be addressed by Square to prevent frustration in the future.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
