After I entered my email, it sends the text message to confirm it's me, I enter in the text code and it accepts. Now all the buttons, including the purchase button, become noninteractive. I've tried this on Firefox/Chrome and mobile, even Edge which has no addons and has default settings. I was able to finally purchase after using Google Pay through Chrome.
