&lt;P&gt;Here are some troubleshooting steps that may be helpful.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you see&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Failed to Pair&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;when attempting to pair a Reader:&lt;/P&gt;

 &lt;P&gt;Force quit the Square POS app.&lt;/P&gt;
 &lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;
 &lt;P&gt;Go to&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Bluetooth&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;on your device.&lt;/P&gt;

 &lt;P&gt;Find your Reader and click&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Forget&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
