Hello @PeterT33 !

Okay, that's kind of odd... I keep all my tablets up to date and rarely do I see any issues with printers and readers. The notable exception is it seems like every time Apple does a new number version they always seem to break something on how Square communicates to accessories.

Are you running the latest and greatest version of Square as well? The app version is 5.84 right now. Because of the randomness with the way Apple changes things, its best to keep the app fully updated as well. Also, when a new number iOS version is released, I always recommend waiting for a couple of weeks to make sure there aren't any random issues.

If your software is up to date, I hate to say this, but I'd recommend deleting the app and reinstalling it. Maybe there's something that didn't get updated correctly that's causing the problems.

If that doesn't help, let us know, and we will see what else we can find!

Every time there is an IOS update, all the printers have to be reconfigured with the IP addresses, and the chip and card readers have to be reconnected.
