Self Service Convenience Store with Kiosk Help

Hello,

We are wanting to open a self-service convenience store where a "customer" can grab a can of coca cola scan it and purchase it within the Square Kiosk. I have a few questions.

1. Is Square Retail or Square Restaurants better for this task?

2. For inventory management, we would like to simply scan in the items to increase their stock - is that feasible? What would that look like?

3. Anything else to consider?

I would look into square kiosk - https://squareup.com/ca/en/hardware/kiosk I think it is its own subscription instead of retail or restaurants
