This just started happening this week. I am now on the “free version” since square started charging tiers. In my settings everything is turned on except confirmation since that is now a paid version.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Definitely contact customer service. &amp;nbsp;Make sure that you client’s cell phone number is correct and also check to make sure you do not have duplicate entries for that client as well. &amp;nbsp;The text confirmation/reminder could be going to one of those cell phone numbers on file (I’ve had this to happen to our salon...client’s number was just one number off).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope this helped you a little &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
