The "item type" option is totally missing from my "Add Item" page. I'm trying to add a digital item following the instructions here, but the "item type" dropdown where I am supposed to select "Digital Item" isn't there for me. That option is completely missing. This is all I see:

HI, thank you for the screenshot. The Create Item shown is from the Menu Format template. The Retail Format template will have Item Type. The down arrow will display a list to select Digital.

Breadcrumbs and screenshot to change.

Online Dashboard, Website, Edit Site, click Page:Home down arrow, hoover over Shop All click the 3 little dots, select Switch Template from dropdown, popup to select Shop All (Retail Features).

Got it, thanks. Actually, I already had the website set to the retail template, but I was trying to add an item from the regular dashboard and not the online dashboard.
