Taxes not applied in online checkout

Taxes are not calculating at online checkout. I have added them and saved but nothing is coming up.

Sales taxes will be applied once the billing/shipping address is entered. Also, sales taxes online will only apply to those sales made to sales within the State of your locations. If you need to charge taxes on all sales then you would need to manually enter the tax rate for each state instead of using automatic calculation.
