&lt;P&gt;This sounds like it could possibly be a cache or cookie error. Can you confirm which browser you are using? You can verify the version by clicking on &lt;A href="https://www.whatismybrowser.com/" target="_blank"&gt;this link&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;Can you also try using a different browser in private or incognito mode, and let us know if you can duplicate the same error?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
