I cannot update my stock.. I keep getting this error "We're sorry, but we weren't able to access your stock information. Please save your item and try again." is there something broken? I really need to get a page up for a corporate buy account I am setting up

Is this the first time you are running into this error? Can you please confirm the website URL, and an item name you are trying to sync?

It's possible you were running into a intermittent hiccup, but I would like to look into this to confirm. Thanks!

I am having this problem as well. I added the items on my weebly site and it is not allowing me to update stock. I get the following.

We're sorry, but we weren't able to access your stock information. Please save your item and try again.
