They occasionally work, but not usually. It's embarrassing when I have a customer pull up my site.

Yikes! I went to your website and something is definitely not right. I couldn't even scroll down to the bottom of the homepage without getting a "Page Unresponsive" message and it crashing.

It's hard to tell why this is happening, especially when I can't poke around.

A few thoughts... do you have a TON of products? Like thousands? I've got somewhere between 1,000 and 2,000 and I did have to take away the Shop All button from my customers because it was a bit slow, but I've never heard or seen of mine crashing. So I think if this is the cause, you'd have to have over 2,000 products or more. Is that the case?

Is there anything BIG that might be taking a while to load? Like a video or even something in the background that you have setup like a widget? You might want to try taking things off the site and seeing if that helps.

Otherwise, I would encourage you to get on a help call or chat with the Square Online folks and ask them for help. They've always been really helpful for me and might be able to point you in the right direction a lot quicker!

Hello JDITTMER -

I went to your site, and the site itself took about 30 to 60 seconds to load. Once it did, I could strait await load your Shop All page. I too, have had troubles loading Shop All on my Weebly site. Sometimes loads, sometimes not. No matter the wait time. Now there's a TON of problems loading Shop All page in edit room/edit mode. Does not load AT ALL no matter how long you wait. Frustrating.

Again, major problems are with Shop All page in "Edit" mode.

Help????

No only about 30 products and no videos. Sounds like I need to contact square. Thanks.
