    <description>&lt;P&gt;I can now confirm that this worked for my customer, as well.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I sent her the instructions and she was able to complete her transaction by going through as a guest.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello--&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I added this in one of the (several) threads on this topic, but I want to be sure it's seen nd not buried.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I think I found the location of the bug that causes customers to get an "Incomplete Shipping Address" error and prevents them from completing their transaction.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have been on the phone with a customer trying to troubleshoot this problem. I was getting the same error that she was on multiple browsers and platforms. Thank god for patient and helpful customers!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After we hung up, &lt;STRONG&gt;I had a suspicion that it had to do with the 2-factor authentication&lt;/STRONG&gt; where a user puts in their phone number and it recognizes them as an existing Square online store user. It offers to send a verification code to the phone. Once the user enters this, it auto-populates their email address, cards on file, etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Every time I go through the 2FA process, I get the "Incomplete Shipping Address" error. So I decided to select the "Check Out as Guest" link instead of logging in. Once I did this... BOOM. No problems.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This is a SERIOUS problem and it is costing your customers REAL DOLLARS. &lt;STRONG&gt;Square folks who monitor these forums, please report this to the engineers and get it fixed!&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;This IS definitely a serious problem.&lt;/STRONG&gt; I tried to test a new loyalty program through my site and I came across this problem when I was trying to checkout. I have so much time invested in Square that I would hate to move my site and POS elsewhere, but if this problem isn't satisfactorily resolved for my customers, I will have no choice.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you, letterpress for giving us a work-around for now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
