checkout links and QR codes stopped working properly

The checkout links and QR codes that I have set up and been using for several months stopped working yesterday. I have tried different devices to see if that would fix but it didn't. I did try some other ones for another account that I set up and some of those are working and some not. I did notice that the ones that are working have a URL with checkout.square in the beginning. Why would the ones without that have stopped functioning? They all worked previously.
