    <description>&lt;P&gt;Gotcha - sometimes I run into a syncing error and I will add the item, save, and re-open the same item and I can add the inventory #s.       <title>When adding new products I am currently unable to add inventory quantities</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;All of a sudden I am unable to add inventory quantities when I am adding new products.&amp;nbsp; I am adding the new product on my computer, not direclty on the POS. The only way I am able to add an inventory counts is if I "add variation" then I am able to click on inventory and track it.&amp;nbsp; Is anyone else having this problem?&amp;nbsp; It just started happening this week.&amp;nbsp; You can see in the photo below i cannot even click "manage stock".&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Screen Shot 2022-04-30 at 4.19.03 PM.png" style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.squareup.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/21648iB8E3295802A18E6D/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="Screen Shot 2022-04-30 at 4.19.03 PM.png" alt="Screen Shot 2022-04-30 at 4.19.03 PM.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/19090"&gt;@AdornCapeCod&lt;/a&gt; have you checked to make sure you have the most recent app updates? I have noticed in the past that when we don't do that some things that normally function don't - here is a link that might help (?) - &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/4982-update-the-square-point-of-sale-app#:~:text=%20Download%20the%20latest%20version%20or%20update%20from,the%20Square%20app%20and%20tap%20Update.%20More%20" target="_self"&gt;APP UPDATE&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I haven't experienced this problem myself though.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the response. Our POS is up to date and the apps we use too, but where I have the problem is when using my laptop to add inventory on the actual square website.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
