Taxes turn off when ringing up multiple discounted items

I use the Square Register for Retail in my liquor store.

We have monthly discounts on certain items. When I ring up these monthly discounted items in multiples of 2 the Tax Turns Off.... 1, 3, 5, 7 etc are fine the Tax is their, but 2, 4, 6 etc the Tax Turns OFF.

I need to get this figured out.

This definitely sounds odd, so I am going to suggest reaching out to our CS Team directly. 1-855-700-6000 Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm.

They will be able to dig deeper into this glitch you're seeing. No matter the quantity, your taxes shouldn't turn off unless you manually do it.
