    <description>&lt;P&gt;The most recent POS update caused a lot of issues for my business, and it appears that some of you suffered similar circumstances...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I use square retail to receive online orders for my restaurant. &amp;nbsp;Since the update, all of my incoming orders are named Walk-in-guest, and the usual personal information isn't available. &amp;nbsp;In addition, I can no longer change the status of orders from in progress, ready, or picked up. &amp;nbsp;I can't even refund, or cancel an order. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else had these issues, and if so, have you found a way to remedy them? &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Square support has been no help on this. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
