      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a first generation square stand with a 5th generation Ipad and I am constantly having a "connection error" issue when a customer uses the reader. Sometimes it will go through if I just use swipe or if I restart the app. But I don't want to have to always restart the app in the middle of a transaction. There has also been times when I restarted the app and I could not get back in for almost an hour on a Saturday in the middle of the summer! I have gone through all the trouble shooting square has suggested and I still have not found a solution. The device is connected to 5g internet and my phone/computer seem to work just fine on the same network. The ipad and app are both up to date with the latest versions as well.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
