Hello everyone!

I was trying to create a link for buyers to purchase a flag football practice pack, but once the link was created with and without variations (sizes) it says "There was an error. Please try again" in red. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Crazy thing is I have created an item for many customers to purchase merchandise, but have never run into this issue. Please help!

Hello @bbntcustoms !

I have a couple of ideas that could be the problem here...

First, have you tried clearing the cache and history of your browser and/or tried a different browser? A lot of times when we do a lot of item/site manipulation the browser cookies don't keep up leading to random results like this.

Have you tried unpublishing and republishing your site? That'll force the site to re-sync your items.

Do you have a fulfillment method chosen for your practice pack?

If you're still seeing the problem after trying these troubleshooting tips, can you respond with your website address? We can take a look from a customer side and see if there's anything that looks odd.
