Importing catalog from prestashop: DATA_VALIDATION_FAILURE One of item variation has missing name

Hello!

I am not importing all products from prestashop 1.7 to square. In Catalog Synchronization History I see the errors DATA_VALIDATION_FAILURE One of item (22) variation has missing name.

The product has stock and name and everything seems correct (I export them to merchant without problem).

Hi @jordi,

Welcome back to The Seller Community. Sorry you are running into some issues with the item import.

Just confirming you are using a template from "prestashop 1.7" to import into our system? That is probably why we are getting an error.

I would recommend transferring your information over to a Square Template:

Visit Items in your online Square Dashboard
Click Export at the top right > Confirm Export
Select between Excel (.xlsx) or CSV format. A spreadsheet will then download to your computer
