      <description>&lt;P&gt;if the charger port is broken to the iPad you may need to take it to Apple to get repaired or a local company that works on apple products.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What did you end up doing to fix this issue?&amp;nbsp; We have a brand new stand kit with and iPad and it appears that a piece broke off from the stand into the iPad.&amp;nbsp; I don't know how it happened, we haven't even gone live with the system yet.&amp;nbsp; The only reason we noticed was because it stopped charging when we were training the staff on it.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
