I created a coupon which was 40% off items within a specific category. Unfortunately, the coupon does not apply (during checkout) to any items that had variable options (i.e. magazines with different conditions/prices) within the category. I don't understand why? Very frustrating when promoting a sale that doesn't work for your customers!!!
