      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks Terri. But I don't wan't to turn off the notifications to me. I wan't turn off the shipping notification to the customer when I check the box in Square that it has shipped.. I communicate with my customers directly regarding shipment. And I checked the item shipped box on an old order and It sent an email to the customer and they thought another order had gone through. That's my problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It's unfortunately not an option at the moment to "disable" the shipped notifications your customers receive when you mark an order as shipped.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can always submit a feature request for this option to be added in our Square Online Ideate board: &lt;A href="https://squ.re/Ideate" target="_blank"&gt;https://squ.re/Ideate&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Our Product team has direct visibility of the requests posted there.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
