Doordash integration activation

We are trying to integrate with Doordash so orders from doordash coming directly on our Square POS. However, we are having issues with activating the integration.

On our doordash website, there is 'Integration' tab on the left menu. We selected the 'Integration', then selected 'login to active'. It directed us to the Square login page. After we login in on Square, it brought us back to doordash integration page with 'update permissions' next to Square Tile. We kept trying to select 'update permissions' then login in Square, and it kept bringing us back to the 'integration' page. Does anyone know why?
