    <description>&lt;P&gt;During a very busy period the credit card reader (dip and tap) did not work on our Square Stand.&amp;nbsp; Prior to opening I had removed the "Manually Enter Credit Card number" from our payment method options.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After I reinstated the "Manually Enter CC Number" to the payment method list, did the CC dip and tap readers work.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Did my removal of this option cause the reader to not work, or was this just a conincidence?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The removal of the payment option would not affect your Square hardware. &amp;nbsp;Can you confirm the device you're using and if you are still experiencing this issue with credit cards?&lt;/P&gt;
