What happened to Personal sites.

Square is determined to force me into setting up my site like a business. Weebly allowed personal sites. I am not selling anything, I DO NOT NEED A BUSINESS SITE. If I log into Weebly it goes to a Square login, but still allows me to manage my site as a personal site using the Weebly tools. If I go directly to the Square site and login the screen wants me to go through a lot of steps to setup my non-existent business.

Come on Square, you need to recognize that not all sites are businesses.

HI, Square is the primary platform now. Square discontinued many options and features previously on "Weebly". It seems any changes or updates would be to change to the Square platform. Square is ecommerce.

HI, yes, you can create a personal site on Square.

Online Dashboard, Settings, Checkout, turn off radio button for Accept Online Orders,.

To create your site

Online Dashboard, Website, Edit Site, all options and features to create a website (you can manipulate all sections, features, options even though all are for ecommerce)

Only in your dreams. I would love to give you a screenshot, but this tool will not let me. I have one phantom site setup in Square called My Business; I don't know how it originated but I cannot delete it. This site had the radio button / toggle switch you mentioned. I have another Square site, the one I want to try to build, that does not give me the radio button to turn off Accept Online Orders. In this site, Square shows I have only completed 1/5 setup steps. It wants me to go through all steps for setting up payments, selling products, etc.

HI, the steps 1/5 are guidelines and are not required at all. You do not have to complete them to have a website.
